Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about FreshFormDraft’s products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Meet or exceed call handling quotas and targets.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products and services.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
