Friday, July 19, 2024 HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union seeks a team-oriented, member-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. This person will provide quality service by phone, assisting members with transactions and information on their accounts while educating them about HawaiiUSA’s products and services to help fulfill their financial dreams. Essential Job Functions: Proactively supports our “Life Matters” brand and culture. Assist members with informational or transactional requests with accuracy and in accordance with policy and procedure guidelines. Effectively deal with member concerns which may include researching, determining possible resolutions, etc. Able to handle member discrepancies, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products and services including features and benefits. Assist and educate members on HawaiiUSA’s online and mobile banking platforms. Multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve technical issues, and comfortably navigate member problems over the phone. Ability to work both independently and cohesively with others, and fosters a team environment. Ability to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our member’s account information. Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. 6 months of high-volume customer service experience. Must be available Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-1:30pm. Benefits & Pay The expected pay range for Call Center Agent is $20-$22/hour. We cover 100% of employees' single medical, drug, vision, and dental monthly health insurance premiums.
