Join Our Team: Client Services Specialist Needed at Thriving ABA Therapy Provider 

About Us: At Meaningful Milestones, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism and related disorders. Our compassionate team is committed to creating a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families. 

Position: Client Services Specialist 

Location: Lexington, South Carolina 

Job Type: Part-time (12pm-6:30pm Monday-Friday) 

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and personable Client Services Specialist to be a welcoming face and compassionate support person for our clients and staff. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' progress and success through their entire therapy journey as well as gain knowledge in the ABA field. This is a great steppingstone on the path to learning, growing, and excelling within Meaningful Milestones and to promote to further roles.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Phone and Visitor Management: 

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, as necessary. 

  • Welcome visitors and clients. 

  1. Administrative Tasks: 

  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions. 

  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. 

  1. Support and Coordination: 

  • Assist the team with organization and effective communication. 

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance. 

  • Coordinate with vendors as requested by the administrative team. 

  1. Campus Operations: 

  • Perform campus inspections and report findings to responsible managers. 

  • Manage supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders. 

  • Receive and distribute office mail. 

  • Proofread and type documents and correspondence produced by the department. 

  1. Event Coordination and Building Management: 

  • Coordinate unique events for the campus (e.g., Touch-a-Truck, Storytelling, police visits, dentist visits). 

  • General cleaning, organizing, and stocking of rooms and the overall building. 

  • Manage the HRE (Happy Relaxed Engaged) calendar. 

  • Timely assist with buddy support requests throughout shifts. 

  • Provide staff childcare coverage when needed during holidays and school breaks. 

  1. Other Duties: 

  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Displays resourcefulness and adapts well to working alone at times 

  • Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds 

  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or therapy settings. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly. 

  • Knowledge of ABA therapy and support is a plus. 

  • Associates degree or equivalent education is preferred 

  • Actively served in administrative capacities for three to five years 

  • Recent TB test with results from the past year
