We have an immediate opening for a HR Generalist/Business partner to support our RSC Bay practice in San Ramon, CA. The salary range for this position is $60K - $115K.

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for:

  • Counsels and advises employees and managers on application, interpretation and fair administration of policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Observes and analyzes the execution of practices, identifies problem areas, and recommends improvements.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, and ensure alignment with the culture.
  • Partner with leadership to acquire a deep and thorough understanding of each department’s goals and requirements.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to supervisors (coaching, counseling, career development, performance improvement).
  • Focuses on people strategies of leadership, employee development, and employee engagement to meet US Fertility’s annual goals.
  • Understands and keeps current on external HR trends and issues in the healthcare industry and legal updates.
  • Drive culture building strategies by creating and understating organizational capabilities, developing plans and adapting processes to build gaps in those capabilities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledgeable: A four-year degree in Human Resources or related degree with training and/or certifications.
  • Experience: You’ve got at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience under your belt, preferably in healthcare; PHR or SHRM - CP required.
  • A conflict management master: Whereas some people shy away from conflict, you see opportunity.
  • Adept at managing complexity: You eat the elephant bite-by-bite.
  • Results-Oriented: You can be counted on to exceed goals, and you’re known to push yourself and others across the finish line.
