Position Summary
The Senior HR Generalist will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting employee and labor relations initiatives at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective interpretation and application of policies and procedures to foster positive management-staff relations. The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a resource for management on employee relations issues, addressing employee concerns, and developing strategies to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing employee and labor relations activities.
- Provide guidance to management on interpreting policies and procedures.
- Investigate employee concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with various HR team members to address employee-related issues.
- Support labor relations activities in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of recent experience in Human Resources is required.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
- Experience in Labor Relations is essential.
Compensation
The hourly pay for this position is $50.55. Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
