The Accounts Receivables Specialist will support the Accounting & Credit Manager and the department, working collaboratively with various teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include assisting with workflow management, reporting, monitoring, and data entry for daily and month-end invoicing, as well as handling check and credit card payments. Additionally, the specialist will monitor accounts receivables aging analysis and contribute to reconciliation efforts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

·Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

·3+ years of accounts receivable experience

·A strong Excel background
