Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Assistant is expected to assume the following key responsibilities:

  • The role is open to remote working but the candidate must be able to work East Coast hours 
  • Must be able to commit to a 6-month contract 
  • Ad hoc projects and reporting
  • Save daily reports from bank websites
  • Code daily cash: credit cards, checks and wires
  • Complete payment logs
  • Post daily cash
  • Assist with inquiries in a shared email box
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Ability to commit to a 6-month contract
  • Ability to work EST hours 
  • Experience in admin, accounting, or bookkeeping preferred
  • Comfortable working and communicating with a variety of internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Self-starter - Able to both work independently and as an integral part of team
  • Detail-oriented -·Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Computer proficient in MS Excel, MSWord and other MS Office applications.
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Any experience in banking would be desirable
  • Oracle
  • Salesforce
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.


Additional Information

The pay for this role is $18-$21/hr

This role will automatically expire on Sept 9th 2024
