Then Wally Edgar Chevrolet wants YOU on our team We're searching for a rockstar Business Development Center Agent (BDC Agent) to join our fast-paced, dynamic environment.


In this role, you'll be the first impression for our customers, generating leads and setting the stage for incredible car-buying experiences. Here's what you'll get to do:


  • Be a product expert immerse yourself in the world of amazing vehicles
  • Build relationships with customers become a trusted advisor and guide them towards their dream car.
  • Master the art of the deal use your communication skills to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
  • Earn BIG with a base salary of $14 per hour PLUS bonuses that can range from $1,000 - $2,000 a month, your earning potential is limitless

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Receive and qualify inbound sales calls and online inquiries from potential customers.
  • Research customer needs and preferences to identify the right vehicle fit.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, or social media outreach.


Appointment Setting and Customer Communication:

  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads with appropriate sales representatives.
  • Confirm appointments and provide customers with any pre-visit information.
  • Follow up with leads who haven't responded or rescheduled appointments.


Sales Support and Knowledge:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of dealership inventory, highlighting features and benefits of various vehicles.
  • Learn about financing and leasing options to answer basic customer questions.
  • Assist sales team with tasks like following up with existing leads.


Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead statuses within the dealership's CRM system.
  • Generate reports on lead activity, appointment setting rates, and other key metrics.
