JOB DESCRIPTION Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Lake Orion MI . Our client is a manufacturing facility. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing inquiries, providing information about products, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with production, shipping, and other relevant departments to meet customer delivery expectations. Develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing process and products offered by the company. Provide detailed product information to customers and assist with technical inquiries. Address customer concerns related to product functionality, specifications, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product-related issues. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer service and order fulfillment processes. Provide feedback to relevant departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Generate reports on customer service metrics as needed. Job Requirements of a Customer Service Representative : Familiarity with manufacturing processes and an understanding of the company's product line. Ability to comprehend technical specifications and assist customers with technical inquiries. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in conveying technical information. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to meeting customer needs. Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver on promises. REQUIRED Experience and Education: At least 2-5 years of previous Customer Service Experience in a Manufacturing facility.
