Your Role:

As a Customer Service Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries regarding accounts, loans, online banking, and more. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

This role is dynamic and fast-paced, with each day presenting new challenges. You will undergo a comprehensive training program to equip you with the skills needed for success, along with opportunities for recognition and advancement.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday: 9:15 AM - 6:15 PM
  • No late evenings, weekends, or major holidays
  • Full-time schedule / 40 hours per week; occasional overtime may be required

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist members over the phone with inquiries about Credit Union products and services
  • Provide prompt, positive, and informative service to our members
  • Meet or exceed individual service and productivity goals by delivering a great customer experience
  • Utilize various communication channels to stay updated on organizational changes, promotions, and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve member inquiries efficiently

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience in customer service, retail, call center, hospitality, sales, or banking preferred
  • Strong proficiency with computer systems and software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy
  • Self-motivated and independent worker
  • Commitment to helpfulness, integrity, and embracing diversity

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate along with an annual bonus plan and benefits eligibility, including a pension plan funded by Consumers Credit Union and a 401(k) with company match.
