Job Summary:
The Monroe Services Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and
supervision of services in Monroe County. Ensure Goodwill Industries follows all contractual agreements
for the provision of services.
Essential Functions:
1. Promotes and demonstrates cooperation and teamwork.
2. Assists in preparing for Person Centered Planning meetings.
3. Ensures weekly schedule for Monroe staff is completed and published to meet the service needs.
4. Adjusts working hours to include early and late meetings, work schedules and contacts at various
locations, or conference/seminars.
5. Oversees the selection, supervision, and training of the Skills Trainers.
6. Oversees the planning, documenting, and evaluation of Person-Centered Planning as consistent
with recipient's rights, contract compliance, referral source guidelines and accreditation.
7. Documents and reports on program activities' needs and results to include but not limited to
program evaluation, case record reviews, and attendance reporting.
8. Complies with standards and effectively communicates any discrepancies with staff and
Supervisor.
9. Professionally and positively communicates with referral sources, homes, guardians, and other
staff addressing issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
10. Provides coverage and supervision for services as needed.
11. Maintains and implements all applicable safety laws, regulations, and policies. Assures safety of
people in the program, and staff at Goodwill, in transportation, and in community activities.
12. Responsible for monitoring program standards in compliance with CARF standards, recipient's
rights, CMH, and Goodwill policies and procedures.
13. Ensures compliance with agency and funding reporting requirements including contract
documentation, program statistics, and case files.
14. Oversees the tracking of reports, individual progress, and community engagement activities.
15. Oversees individual case records, program data, and other records as needed.
16. Responsible for the preparation of program audits and monitoring activities.
17. Oversees accurate billing information, to include Medicaid billing, for MITC.
18. Responsible for the supply inventory for Monroe Services including form supply, office supplies,
program supplies, etc.
19. Assists with the development and implementation of Mission Marketing objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. CARF: Ensure documentation and compliance with CARF standards.
2. Safety: Maintain applicable safety standards, rules, and regulations in areas of responsibility.
3. Outcome Driven: Have S.M.A.R.T objectives to drive performance and improve Goodwill's value to
the community.
4. Stakeholder Focused: Work with integrity and provide exemplary customer services to internal and
external stakeholders.
5. Accountability: Have key metrics that drive performance taking a leadership role in maximizing the
