Position Overview:
As a Clinical Dietitian at Regency Care Center, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the nutritional well-being of our residents within a skilled nursing environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents upon admission, annually, during condition changes, and quarterly as needed.
- Participate in Nutrition at Risk meetings with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Dietary Manager for quarterly kitchen inspections and follow up with necessary training and in-services.
- Work alongside the facility IDT to ensure optimal nutritional care for all residents.
Qualifications:
- Must be a registered dietitian in the state of application.
- Preferred experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
- Strong knowledge of dietary menus, modified diets, and kitchen sanitation and safety protocols.
