Position Overview:
As a Licensed Nutrition Specialist at Regency Care Center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the nutritional well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing environment. Your expertise in dietary practices will contribute significantly to the overall health and quality of life for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents upon admission, annually, during condition changes, and quarterly as needed.
- Participate in Nutrition at Risk meetings with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Dietary Manager for quarterly kitchen inspections and follow up with necessary training and in-services.
- Work closely with the facility IDT to ensure optimal nutritional care tailored to individual resident needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of menus, modified diets, and kitchen sanitation and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Must be a registered dietitian in the state of application.
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
