Are you a driven and outgoing individual with a passion for sales? We are currently seeking a Field Sales (outside Sales) Representative to join our team in the outdoors equipment industry. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills, are self-motivated, and enjoy working in a team environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

· Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products & services.

· Identify new sales opportunities and actively seek out appointment leads.

· Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to increase market share.

· Attending sales training and completing graduation at one of the companys sales trainings on site.

· Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in sales, preferably in the outdoors equipment industry or related field.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Self-motivated and target driven.

· Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Valid driver's license & vehicle insurance. Access to reliable transportation.

- Willingness to travel to existing or prospective customers location.

· Background Checks will be required.

· Must complete scheduled 2 ½ days of sales training class, graduate from the training class & run the first 2 appointments after graduation certify. (Note: Depending on level of sales experience, exceptions may apply to appts.).

· Must run at least 2-3 per day scheduled appointments.

· Must be able to work full time, at least 6 days a week, and run scheduled appointments.

· Must run all scheduled appointments and conduct 90-minutes product pitch presentation.· Must be able to close at least 40%-50% of those appointments youd run.

We offer competitive compensation packages including base demo pay plus commission. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role as a Field Sales Representative.


Salary: Up to $700-$1100 + weekly, plus commission.
