- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
- 18 years or older
- Pass a background check (no felonies or pending charges)
- Hold a valid Georgia driver's license
- Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus
- Extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring (as well as the commitment to continuous education throughout workshops, seminars, and conferences)
- Competitive Compensation: $50k-80k average range for your first year
