THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

Step into the role of a Customer Service Associate - Office Assistant, where your day seamlessly weaves together a tapestry of responsibilities every Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 4:30 PM. Begin by answering inbound calls and skillfully conducting follow-ups to enhance the customer experience. Your precision shines as you meticulously track financial data through numerical and visual inputs, while also curating project schedules with finesse. Your adept communication skills come to the forefront as you liaise with clients, project managers, estimators, and foremen, ensuring proper scheduling updates and maintaining a harmonious rapport.

Meanwhile, you manage the creation of estimates and invoices within strict timeframes of 48 and 24 hours, respectively, demonstrating your commitment to efficiency. Amidst these tasks, you also uphold the impeccable appearance of the office space. Your dedication to accuracy is evident in budget inputs, project schedules, and financial reports, and your expertise shines as you streamline communication with contractor foremen. Through all these endeavors, your day unfolds as a symphony of professionalism, where each responsibility harmonizes to create an enriching and impactful customer service experience


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, Contractor Foreman, and OneDrive
  • Experience in reporting, data entry, and customer service
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM or more
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Communicates effectively and brings positivity to interactions
