Position Summary: As the Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company’s regulatory submissions and maintaining compliance with state and federal licensing requirements. This leadership position involves managing a dedicated team focused on compliance responsibilities. You will also be the primary liaison with state regulators, lenders, and third-party compliance organizations, providing essential support to various departments as needed. Some travel may be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the submission and approval process for company forms with state regulators across all product lines.
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant state regulatory personnel.
  • Inform internal teams of any updates or changes to the list of state-approved forms.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of state form approvals, detailing which forms are approved in each state.
  • Manage the submission and approval process for lender forms across all product offerings.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with lender representatives through the company’s CRM.
  • Communicate any updates regarding lender-approved forms to relevant personnel.
  • Keep an organized database of lender approvals, including state-specific information.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal licensing and registration requirements for the company and its affiliates.
  • Complete and submit annual reports and renewals for licenses and registrations in a timely manner.
  • Develop a comprehensive database of all governmental entities requiring licensing for the company.
  • Track departmental contact information, licensing types, requirements, and statuses using the company’s CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience in state insurance licensing and form management.
  • Strong communication and research skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
