Position Summary: As the Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the submission processes for forms to lenders and regulatory authorities. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that all necessary state and federal licenses and registrations are maintained for the company and its personnel. In this leadership position, you will manage and guide a team dedicated to these essential functions. You will also be responsible for fostering relationships with state regulators, lenders, and third-party compliance organizations, while providing support to other departments as needed. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the submission and approval process for company forms with state regulators across all product lines.
  • Utilize the company’s CRM to develop and maintain relationships with relevant state regulatory personnel.
  • Inform internal teams of any updates or changes to the list of state-approved forms.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of state form approvals, detailing which forms are authorized in each state.
  • Manage the submission and approval process for lender forms across all product offerings.
  • Use the company’s CRM to cultivate relationships with lender representatives.
  • Communicate updates regarding lender-approved forms to appropriate company personnel.
  • Keep an organized database of lender approvals, including state-specific allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal licensing and registration requirements for the company and its affiliates.
  • Complete and submit annual reports and renewals for licenses and registrations in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a database of all governmental departments requiring licensing for the company.
  • Track department contact information, licensing types, requirements, and statuses using the company’s CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience in managing state insurance licensing and form filing processes.
  • Strong communication and research capabilities.
  • Excellent observational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
