Claims Processing Specialist

Role Overview: The Claims Processing Specialist is tasked with the initial setup and ongoing management of automotive finance and insurance-related claims submitted by policyholders. This role involves processing incoming communications and managing phone inquiries regarding new and existing claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up new claims in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with claimants through various channels
• Assess and resolve claim files efficiently
• Organize and attach incoming documentation and correspondence
• Collaborate proactively with the claims team to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development
