SUMMARY:

The main role and responsibility of the Process Documentation Specialist ensures that ESL has accurate Work Instructions and that all the company processes are mapped and audited consistently. In addition, the PDS will assist in training the company in these Work Instruction and processes. This person will also work with the company President and Executive Team in implementing other initiatives in part related to the previous mentioned role. This initiative will be defined on a weekly basis with the Executive Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working together with different departments to create and/or document work instructions and mapped relevant processes
  • Updates existing work instructions and processes to accurately reflect the current optimum process
  • Sets up the approval process so all WI and processes are reviewed by the subject matter experts on a recurrent basis
  • Sets up and conducts training with all departments on a reoccurring basis to make sure all the parties involved are following the WI processes and to discover if revisions are necessary
  • Provides feedback to the Executive Team about process issues, and assists as needed in improving those processes
  • Creates and updates the WI/processes database for visibility
  • Dedicate one day a week to work with our Quality Manager in Safety initiatives
  • Work with each department to maintain weekly KPI updated and posted in their respective areas
  • Update KPI file for Executive Team to analyze each Monday morning
