We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing team. The West Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales through indirect channels such as distributors, resellers, and partners in the Western United States and all of Canada. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in channel sales, and the ability to cultivate and maintain productive relationships with partners.


This is a fully remote position.


The Day-to-Day

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed

  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners for the Western US and Canadian Regions, including distributors, resellers, and VARs, to expand market reach.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the channel partner network.
  • Focus on growing our top strategic partners in the Western United States and all of Canada
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales collateral, tools, and resources for partners.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance of channel partners against set targets.
  • Implement corrective actions and incentives to drive desired results.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience in channel sales management, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and experience working with indirect sales channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM software


Compensation and Benefits 

The base pay for this position is $90,000 annually. Additional compensation is available for this position through the commission program and a stock option equity package.

The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.
