The candidate MUST be comfortable working an hybrid schedule in Seattle, WA.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting customer activation and engagement activities. This includes, but not limited to marketing activities such as managing, executing digital marketing campaigns (email marketing and nurture campaigns), and the ability to create content and test and learn and collaborate across a variety of internal teams and multiple stakeholders. The candidate should be detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage complex programs, have strong organizational and project management skills, metrics-oriented, and have strong relationship-building skills.
Core Responsibilities:

Execute marketing initiatives including events, digital programs, and developing content to move customers through the lifecycle funnel.
Develop and create multi variate tests across marketing channels.
Able to manage and build processes to build scale for marketing initiatives.
Experience with an Email Marketing Automation Platform, preferably Marketo.
Ability to apply marketing best practices and use existing tools and processes to drive actions based on shared goals.
Develop appropriate milestones and schedules, and ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
Clearly communicate progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner; identify and escalate blockers.
Provide support to evolve and improve current programs and generate processes and playbooks for key stakeholders.

BasicbvQualifications:

BA/BS degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study.
3+ years of non-intern marketing experience in a high-tech B2B role.
Experience managing global marketing campaigns and stakeholder.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and deliver results.
2+ year of experience using an Email Marketing Automation Platform, ideally Marketo
Comfortable and motivated working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and agencies.

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
Experience using industry tools and systems such as Salesforce and Marketo

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.29 to $33.66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
