Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager II will play a pivotal role in driving marketing programs to enhance awareness and adoption of client events. This position involves planning and executing online campaigns, creating compelling marketing content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will work closely with a dynamic team focused on seasonal events, ensuring all campaigns align with the business objectives and respond to customer feedback.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing programs to build client Events awareness and adoption.
- Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email marketing and placements on various platforms.
- Collaborate with designers to create marketing content for personal and business sections of client Events.
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities for campaign enhancements.
- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to manage and prioritize work.
- Manage stakeholders by gathering data and inputs for campaign planning.
- Analyze self-servicing data to assess campaign performance and write leadership updates.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot any blockers and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Must-Haves:
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing or related field.
- Skills:
- Data Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Campaign Management: Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Soft Skills:
- Customer obsession with a focus on responsiveness to feedback.
- Bias for action, ensuring swift execution of marketing programs.
- High standards for quality and detail in all deliverables.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working at an advertising agency or resale commerce company (e.g., Target).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Project management experience.
