Our client, a well-established industrial manufacturing company in the GNO area, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their production and supply chain team. This company is the leading manufacturer in its space and has been in business over 75 years, plus they offer a competitive compensation and benefit package, easy location, and great team atmosphere with little turnover. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with effective communication skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel, and able to multi-task. Experience with Dayforce or similar HR software and industrial manufacturing setting preferred.

Duties will include the following:

  • Review supervisors' schedules and timesheets weekly to make necessary adjustments for approval.
  • Assist HR with scheduling interviews, job postings, and providing updates to department supervisors and the plant manager.
  • Maintain factory employee spreadsheet tracking new hires, transfers, merit increases, and promotions, as well as weekly updates on hourly employees for payroll purposes.
  • Handle uniform orders and work with the accounting department to ensure timely payment of invoices, etc.
