**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors warmly as they enter the office, creating a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries about our interior design services and products.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, including managing calendars and coordinating with team members.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
