Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality content that communicates ADN’s value proposition and supports our marketing goals. You will collaborate with various teams to develop engaging and informative content that resonates with healthcare professionals and aligns with our mission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit content for various platforms including websites, blogs, newsletters, case studies, white papers, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Content Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing content strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content produced.
  • SEO Optimization: Utilize best practices for SEO to improve content visibility and search rankings (SEO skills are a plus but not a must).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Editorial Calendar: Maintain and manage an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content delivery.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize and improve content strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and/or Hubspot.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or writing for healthcare-related topics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Hubspot and analytics platforms like SEMRush and Google Analytics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
