Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across all platforms. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing online platforms, creating engaging social media content, overseeing internal marketing initiatives, budgeting, responding to client reviews, monitoring SEO, and collaborating with external marketing agencies. Additionally, this role involves regular communication with the senior management team to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with Creative Teams: Collaborate on branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
  • Discover Marketing Channels: Identify effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to relay product messages to customers.
  • Evaluate Marketing Performance: Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create Innovative Campaigns: Develop and present innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data to management.
  • Goal Setting: Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Outbound and Inbound Marketing: Display expertise in areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
  • Monitor Online Platforms: Oversee and manage the company's online presence, including websites, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Internal Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement internal marketing strategies to promote company culture and employee engagement.
  • Budgeting: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Online Review Responses: Monitor and respond to online reviews, ensuring prompt and professional communication to maintain a positive company reputation.
  • SEO Monitoring: Analyze and improve SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Agencies: Work closely with external marketing agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Communication with Senior Management: Regularly update and report to the senior management team on marketing activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within home services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, CRM, Web analytics, and Google Adwords etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
