Primary Job Functions


Performance Marketing

  • Support in the planning, development, execution and optimization of state and national campaigns, from awareness to conversion, utilizing a mix of marketing channels.
  • Create and own campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities on the demand funnel.
  • Ensure all marketing elements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Consistently iterate and improve marketing programs through regular measurement and optimization.
  • Work with contracted agencies to develop creative and content that reflects BPBP’s mission and brand.


Owned & Earned Media

  • Plan, develop and implement the social media strategy to support and improve brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Help to analyze and shape brand and content marketing efforts on the BPBP website and blogs, aligning with KPIs including organic web traffic, audience growth, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Use data-driven methods to inform the content calendar & publishing schedule, ensuring the ongoing production of engaging, high-quality brand content.
  • Publish website content deliverables (blog posts, emails, sales enablement materials, marketing collateral) in alignment with our content marketing calendar.
  • Orchestrate integrated planning processes and execution of modern earned media strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and agencies to activate public relations plans across key audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Represent Be Pro Be Proud in a positive manner at all times;
  • Accurately communicate Be Pro Be Proud’s mission, promoted technical professions, and event opportunities;
  • Study and understand Be Pro Be Proud’s organization, internal systems, digital resources and communication channels;

  • Provide support to team members when called upon to assist with various projects; and
  • Communicate ideas or concerns when heard or realized that positively contribute to the success and growth of the organization.

Technical Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience working within CMS and CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Understanding of current marketing trends in digital advertising
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Package Includes:

  • Full-time employment with a wage range between $45,000 and $60,000 based on qualifications
