Position Overview: The Wholesale Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the wholesale sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves building strong relationships with key wholesale partners, managing the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to support wholesale initiatives. The Wholesale Channel Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's wholesale business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

What you will do in the role - Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners and distributors. Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales support. Ensure a seamless and efficient sales cycle.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generating regular reports and insights for senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for wholesale initiatives. Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential wholesale partners. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s products.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to wholesale partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale sales or channel management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.

Location

We have been very successful with a remote office work model so we are flexible regarding location as the team grows. However, the position requires work hours that are consistent with Pacific Time Zone business hours.
