Position Overview
We are seeking a National Account Manager, Pharmaceuticals, to oversee the management of National Accounts across relevant channels.

The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving sales and profitability objectives for North America.

Key Responsibilities
1. Formulate and implement distinctive sales strategies and marketing initiatives tailored for all National Accounts.
2. Navigate the complexities of multi-channel business models and diverse strategies to enhance Dr. Reddy's competitive edge.
3. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, ensuring effective business maintenance for each account.
4. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Packaging Development & Design for the successful launch of new products and customized packaging solutions.

5. Work in partnership with Supply Chain Management and Customer Service to guarantee accurate forecasting and timely delivery of DRL products.

6. Represent Dr. Reddy's at industry events and trade shows as required.

Strategic Development
1. Create a comprehensive channel strategy and customer segmentation plan to maximize sales potential and enhance internal execution efficiency.
2. Develop and sustain relationships with wholesaler and retail chain buyers, engaging with senior management to ensure access and influence.

3. Negotiate pricing strategies to meet organizational profit objectives.

4. Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers to drive incremental sales growth.

5. Establish and monitor project timelines and deliverables to fulfill customer commitments on initial shipment dates.

6. Actively seek opportunities to expand business with current and potential clients to foster organizational growth.

Forecasting and Product Development
1. Provide valuable insights for the divisional demand forecast to ensure consistent product availability and service level maintenance for national accounts.

2. Utilize customer forecasts, point-of-sale data, order/ship history, and promotional plans effectively.

3. Develop tailored new product execution strategies for each National Account, collaborating with customers and internal teams to identify growth opportunities that align with sales revenue and profit goals.

4. Partner with Marketing to create customized launch plans and pharmacy initiatives.

5. Serve as the internal voice of the customer, effectively communicating the status of new product launches, supply requirements, promotional directives, and other customer-driven initiatives across various departments within the Rx team.
