Position Overview
The Lead Manager, Field Channel Operations plays a crucial role within the Commercialization IT - Content Platforms & Delivery team. This position is accountable for enhancing and managing global end-to-end IVA and Approved Email capabilities, ensuring the effective publishing and distribution of field channel content. You will oversee daily operations and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, end users, and IT partners to ensure seamless workflows across various markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the business operations of the Global Commercial Authoring Platform, including the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review and approval process within the Veeva global enterprise system.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the Global Commercial Authoring Platform and the enterprise MLR process.
- Support training initiatives for users across the US and global markets as needed.
- Manage user access and system administration for Non-MLR processes across all markets.
- Deliver Level 1 support to both internal and external users of the system.
- Assist in maintaining and updating documentation and operations management tools such as Jira and Service Now.
- Collaborate with Commercial IT delivery teams and brand stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
- Understand market-specific SOPs for Non-MLR processes and recommend standardization of content.
- Provide client support and guidance regarding Non-MLR workflows.
- Identify and escalate technical issues as necessary, ensuring effective communication with the technical team.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system releases as required.
- Work with management to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Support audit teams and create reports, demonstrating proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4+ years of experience in supporting Non-MLR workflow processes and administration, particularly with Veeva PromoMats.
- Experience in creating training materials for diverse audiences.
- Background in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of complex processes to provide effective training and support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and E-Learning software.
