Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and HR operations, with a proven track record of successful talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires, while also contributing to office administration and HR operational tasks.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
    • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Office Administration:
    • Oversee office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
    • Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics
    • Ad Hoc  support to management including travel support, coordinating meetings and interviews etc as needed
  • HR Operations:
    • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
    • Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 Years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Valid Work Authorization
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
  • Self Motivated with commitment to establish best practices
  • Good Team player with the ability to work in a diverse and global work environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, office administration, and HR operations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent knowledge on multiple Job boards like Indeed, Linkedin etc
  • Good to have experience in hiring multiple SAP modules
  • Good knowledge of G-Suite
  • Good Communication skills
