Position Overview

We are seeking a National Account Executive, Rx, responsible for overseeing National Accounts across relevant channels. The successful candidate will be tasked with achieving sales and profitability objectives for North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies and marketing initiatives for all National Accounts.
  • Navigate the complexities of multi-channel business models and diverse strategies to enhance the competitive edge of Disability Solutions.
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships while managing business operations for each account.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development teams to execute new product launches and customer-specific packaging solutions.
  • Work in partnership with Supply Chain Management and Customer Service to ensure accurate forecasting and timely delivery of products.
  • Represent Disability Solutions at industry events and trade shows as required.
  • Develop and manage marketing capabilities focused on market insights and sales materials.


Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in any field

Experience:
  • 6+ years of experience in Generic Pharmaceutical Sales; experience with Wholesalers or Group Purchasing Organizations is advantageous.

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas and programs to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify key business drivers and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated and enterprising individual with a creative approach to challenges.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships within the organization.
  • Articulate, persuasive, and tactful in communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various departments in a dynamic environment.
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings with a history of demonstrated leadership.


Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel, with an expectation of 30% or more time spent visiting customers, attending conferences, and collaborating with corporate teams.
