Position Summary

The Wholesale Channel Manager will be tasked with formulating, managing, and refining the wholesale sales strategy to meet revenue and growth objectives. This position requires the establishment of robust relationships with key wholesale partners, overseeing the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to advance wholesale initiatives. The Wholesale Channel Manager will be instrumental in propelling the company's wholesale operations and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a thorough wholesale sales strategy aimed at fulfilling business goals and revenue aspirations.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Identify, cultivate, and sustain strong connections with essential wholesale partners and distributors, acting as the primary liaison for wholesale accounts.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure and post-sales support, ensuring an efficient and effective sales process.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate sales performance metrics, generating regular reports and insights for senior management. Utilize data to inform decisions and refine strategies as necessary.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive support for wholesale initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Craft and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential wholesale partners, effectively communicating the value of the company's offerings.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to identify new growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and support to wholesale partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale sales or channel management.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite.
Location Flexibility

WiLine Networks has successfully adopted a remote work model, offering flexibility in location as the team expands. However, the role requires alignment with Pacific Time Zone business hours.
