Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and programs
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' qualifications
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Assessing and improving our recruitment and onboarding processes
About You
The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for talent acquisition and a knack for identifying and attracting top talent. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with hiring managers and candidates at all levels. Additionally, you are highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all recruitment processes are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
