We are searching for a Customer Success Engineer to join our fast-growing, innovative company. The person for this position will be passionate about helping customers get the best customer experience. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of our technology.

We're a fast-growing robotics startup that leverages robotics technology to perform dull, dirty and dangerous tasks. Our innovative robotics solutions are revolutionizing the exterior cleaning industry. As a Customer Success Engineer,

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and provide comprehensive training on our drone hardware and software platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation.
  • Review log files and prepare reports based on collected data.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to optimize workflows and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze customer usage data and identify opportunities for increased adoption and feature utilization.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to address customer needs and ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest robotics regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, etc.) or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of robotics technology and its applications (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with drone flight operations (Part 107 certification preferred).
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
