What will you do: 5+ years of relevant experience in software Customer Success, IT professional services, and/or software sales engineering. Alternatively, experience working at a self-performing General Contractor or specialty subcontractor as a project or purchasing manager; Good understanding of general ledger principles in accounting; Understanding of computer networking and security principles; Proven track record managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts with high NPS and low churn metrics; Ability to communicate customer requests and product issues to engineers.
