Position: Facility Coordinator

Location:  Brentwood, TN 37064

Contract: 08/12/24 to 11/09/24

Pay: $22 - 23/hr

Scheudle: 07:30 am - 03:30 pm (Mon - Fri)

Summary:
Provide general facility service support and the upkeep and preparation of the corporate office space. Maintaining the health, safety standards, and cleanliness of his/her location daily prepares the facility as needed for special uses. Support Sr. Facilities Coordinator and Facilities/Property Management team service/work requests as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and support all Facilities ServiceNow work cases, and ensure completion of all facility-related tickets as received for operating corporate, dedicated, and/or near sites. Reacting to maintenance emergencies and facilities requests.

  • Provide reporting to management

  • Responsible for Reservation Management system; including but not limited to inquiries, troubleshooting, reservations, maintaining system and updates, etc.

  • Maintain office equipment, and physical space and assisted with communications for multiple corporate sites

  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments as needed

  • Assisting with special projects related to design and facilities-related

  • Prepare general and facilities correspondences and customer assessments

  • Assist with building and equipment maintenance schedules for the corporate office

  • Coordinate and execute emergency response plan, including scheduled emergency evacuation drills

  • Supervise professional tradesmen and facilities staff in repairs and renovations

  • Manage supplier relations including but not limited to maintaining the suppliers, vetting, and negotiation

  • Assist in space planning, building space, and supply needs of the organization

  • Coordination of repairs, maintenance, and tenant improvement projects

  • Ordering, stocking, and distributing general office and facility-related supplies

  • Support Senior Facilities Coordinator with site closures: Corporate, dedicated, near-site, multi-client (shared) near sites.

  • Assist as needed with building and equipment maintenance: Including scheduling preventative maintenance repairs and services.

  • Perform miscellaneous facility-related duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Facility Administration

  • Some college is strongly preferred, but not required

  • Must have a clean background
