Job Description

Join our team and take your career to the next level. AireSpring is a communications and technology solutions provider with operations in 48 states. We provide TDM and IP-based voice, data services, broadband and MPLS networking, managed hosting services and communication systems to businesses and government agencies. 

The requirement is to generate new business opportunities through external sales agents to become a consistent revenue producer selling AireSpring's data and voice products for businesses.

  • Recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners
  • Attend sales calls with sales agents to present and assist in closing AireSpring opportunities with end-users
  • Ensure agents are educated and fully knowledgeable of AireSpring products, processes and procedures. 
  • Work with agents on thorough order submission per AireSpring's requirements
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address agent and agent customer’s needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Performance Measures:

  • Achieve assigned sales quota. 
  • Meet assigned expectations for agent retention. 
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction rating with agents and agent’s customers.
  • Follow-up and assist agents and customers with customer service requests. 
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree with 2+ years in prior telecom sales or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of telecommunications voice and data products. 

Preferred Requirements: BA/BS degree; 4+ years of related telecom sales experience with a proven track record selling through telecom channel partners or data VARs agents. Data proficiency with MPLS.
