As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing all sales aspects of our channel partner community in the Northcentral Region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our channel partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our channel partners, including sales teams, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and execute joint sales plans.
- Ensure partner compliance with our channel partner programs and agreements.
- Communicate product launches, promotions, and other important information to our channel partners.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to develop objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Execute marketing activities and manage MDF budgets in coordination with our Channel Marketing Manager.
- Drive partner sales and technical certifications.
- Review partner performance quarterly with key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively between partners and Gigamon sales teams to drive white space discussions, work opportunities, and manage events.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that fill geography or vertical market gaps.
- Understand and work closely with 2-Tier Distribution.
- Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners.
- Stay abreast of competitive products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Prepare presentations, territory plans, and reports.
- Maintain SFDC for partners in the region.
- Complete required training and development objectives.
- Seven (7+) plus years of selling high technology products in an assigned territory.
- Knowledge of networking, data center, and security technologies a plus.
- Proven track record of successful selling into channel accounts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be high energy, motivated, and a self-starter.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

The base salary compensation range targeted for this role is $111,500 - $159,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). Employees in this position are eligible to participate in our standard employee benefit programs, which currently include health insurance, health savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k) plan with company matching contributions, paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick), tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program (EAP), business travel accident insurance, employee discounts, and employee referral program.
