About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Channel Sales to join our team at Cox Communications. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through our indirect sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Cloud Solution Consultants to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to engage indirect selling partners and optimize sales funnel
  • Work closely with the Director of Channel Sales to ensure the entire region is outperforming company goals and objectives
  • Attract, recruit, manage, and develop sales talent to drive sales success
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales strategies and enhance RapidScale's reputation and brand within the channel community
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience in managed IT services, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of top-performing sales success
  • Strong closing skills and sales leadership experience
What We Offer

Cox Communications offers a competitive salary range of $115,300.00 per year, as well as an annual incentive/commission target of $75,000.00. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care insurance, retirement planning, and paid days off.
