As the On-site Clinic Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning and coordinating the daily activities of our clinic staff, ensuring top-notch patient care and seamless operations. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the success of our clinics, as you work closely with our Operational Leadership responsible for Medical Services planning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Empowering Team Management: Take charge of planning and coordinating the daily activities of our talented clinic staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences. By analyzing department workload data, you will craft efficient schedules to meet the unique needs of each location.
  2. Nurturing Talent: Build an extraordinary team by conducting interviews, identifying top talent, and providing comprehensive orientation and training for our dedicated clinic technicians and administrative service staff.
  3. Performance Enhancement: Collaborate with physicians, mid-level practitioners, and department personnel to evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
  4. Compliance Champions: Uphold the Clinic's compliance with OSHA regulations and actively participate in implementing, planning, and evaluating educational initiatives alongside CAREonsite's corporate management team.
  5. Seamless Communication: Forge strong relationships with our operations team and client contacts, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations. You will be a vital representative of CAREonsite, upholding compliance with OSHA and client company regulations.
  6. Operational Brilliance: Monitor the pulse of our department, tracking workload, staff productivity, and more. Your insights and reports will pave the way for future resource planning and drive operational efficiency.
  7. Cutting-Edge Equipment: Be the guardian of our state-of-the-art medical equipment and instruments. Maintain calibrations, handle operation, and swiftly arrange repairs when needed.
  8. Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: Collaborate closely with on-site and off-site staff at CAREonsite corporate, proactively identifying and swiftly resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.
  9. Champion of Learning: Collaborate with CAREonsite's corporate operations team to implement, plan, and evaluate compliance training programs, ensuring our staff remains at the forefront of healthcare advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Current TX PA or NP license
  • Current DEA license
  • Profound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures acquired through a health care degree/license
  • Three to five years of clinical and administrative experience
  • Current Basic Life Support Card (CPR/AED) from the American Heart Association
  • Thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments, embracing the fast-paced nature of healthcare
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, making every patient interaction memorable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications
