Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical trials from initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project leads, and research teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate study-related activities, including site management, data management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to research teams on clinical trial management and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life science or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in clinical research, with a strong background in clinical trial management.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
