We seek an experienced and dynamic (Head of Revenue) to lead and build our sales team. This role is critical for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and establishing a solid presence in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading and building successful sales teams, working closely with delivery leads to ensure client satisfaction, a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth:
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion in existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
2. Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Hire, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
3. Ecosystem Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce leaders, account executives, solution engineers, and others.
  • To inform sales strategies and stay informed about Salesforce product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at Salesforce events, webinars, and industry conferences.
4. Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement the company’s sales and revenue strategy.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Identify and address potential challenges and opportunities in the market.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by overseeing the development and implementation of customer success strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing insights and solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading and building successful sales teams (with at least ten years of experience in sales leadership roles)
  • Proven track record of developing a book of business from scratch, including sales cycle creation
  • Extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally at a Salesforce consulting partner, with a deep understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
