Position Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Business Growth to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our footprint in the professional services sector, which encompasses aviation solutions, commercial cleaning, and facility management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a robust growth strategy aimed at increasing revenue, securing key accounts, and expanding into new geographical markets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities, promoting a full spectrum of services to potential clients while developing referral strategies to optimize existing relationships.
  • Serve as the primary executive responsible for crafting, delivering, and presenting proposals, including detailed terms and conditions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, utilizing insights to guide strategic decisions and innovate service offerings.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with current clients.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing and business development priorities, efficiently allocate resources, and assess the effectiveness of strategies on market penetration and revenue enhancement.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events to boost brand recognition.
  • Work in tandem with the operations team to ensure that service offerings are effectively marketed and meet customer expectations and organizational capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates to the Chief Executive Officer regarding business development progress, including key performance indicators and strategic insights.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with key clients.
  • Experience in negotiation and familiarity with essential contractual language.
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to develop intricate financial models, including pricing and profitability analysis.
  • Proficient in Sales CRM systems, with the ability to manage pipelines and utilize scorecards for performance measurement.
