Summary of Responsibilities:
ATC is seeking a strategic, hands-on, and innovative Manager of Workforce Planning & Acquisition. This pivotal role is crucial for ensuring we bring in high-caliber talent that aligns with our values and mission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and aligning talent acquisition with business goals, engaging with business leaders to understand their talent needs, and continuously improving our talent planning and acquisition processes.

Essential Responsibilities:
As a strategic leader, you will drive the attraction, engagement, acquisition, and retention of complex and in-demand positions, ensuring alignment of talent planning and acquisition strategies with our organizational goals and objectives. You and your team will actively engage with business partners and leaders to understand the talent needs and develop and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. By critically evaluating our current talent planning and acquisition processes, you will identify areas for improvement and establish a roadmap to advance maturity. Your role will involve continuously enhancing our ability to hire top talent and achieve talent success through proactive talent management optimization. You will optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging data-driven insights. You will partner on talent marketing to drive ATC’s employer brand in the talent marketplace and give candidates a realistic and authentic preview of working at ATC.
