Overview of Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
As a strategic influencer, you will spearhead the attraction, engagement, recruitment, and retention of specialized and sought-after roles, ensuring that our talent acquisition strategies are in sync with the company's goals and aspirations.
You and your team will actively partner with business stakeholders to assess talent requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies accordingly.
By thoroughly analyzing our existing talent acquisition processes, you will pinpoint areas for enhancement and create a strategic roadmap for advancement.
Your role will encompass the continuous improvement of our capabilities to attract top-tier talent and achieve recruitment success through proactive talent management optimization.
You will refine recruitment workflows and enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing data-driven insights.You will collaborate on talent branding initiatives to elevate American Transmission Co.'s employer image in the job market, providing candidates with an authentic glimpse into the experience of working with us.
