We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Site Management: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of construction sites, including the management of personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction projects, including resolving conflicts and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role, preferably in a commercial construction environment.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other construction management software.
