Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist with activities of daily living, wound care, personal hygiene, and medication administration.

Patient Monitoring: Assist with checking blood pressure, blood sugar, and other vital signs.

Emergency Response: Administer first-aid and CPR during emergencies, assist with emergency evacuations

Administrative Duties: General administrative job duties. Handwriting and notetaking. Basic Knowledge of assembling and disassembling computers.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear communication and address any concerns.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols to maintain a safe and effective environment.

Qualifications:

Certification: Valid CNA certification, bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working with people with disabilities or in a medical environment.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compassion: A deep commitment to delivering caring and understanding support to patients.
