HR Manpower Specialist (Remote) – Public Trust - Remote

BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a full-time HR Manpower Specialist – 100% remote. Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

US Citizen with Public Trust or Higher Clearance.

What will you do?

In this role, the resource will be responsible for supporting HR planning, workforce planning, and position management initiatives to optimize and standardize hiring processes and transform human capital programs to build workforce capabilities rapidly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR planning and workforce management initiatives
• Develop strategies for workforce and position management
• Transform human capital programs to meet future workforce needs
• Address the transient nature and workplace preferences of the current workforce
• Broaden talent pools to ensure a diverse and capable workforce for the future
• Assess and recommend improvements for auditor rotation programs
• Provide recommendations on optimal lines of effort for Professional Support Staff
• Develop and implement training curricula to equip supervisors with necessary tools for effective team leadership

Qualifications:

• Professional with a minimum of 2 years of workforce management implementation experience
• Experience with DoD HR manpower
• Business process improvement experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Nice to have:

• Experience with DCAA, audit agency
• HR experience in accounting, finance, and audit
